CONFIRMED : KAMEN RIDER OOO
First rumored to be Kamen Rider Regulus, then Kamen Rider Links, now, it has been already confirmed that the name of the 2011 Kamen Rider is Kamen Rider OOO. The name can be read as "Os" or "Ozu".
Kamen Rider OOO is an animal motif Rider and said to use Medals in order to change forms. His basic form will be called Tri-Form. Three other forms includes Sky Form, Field Form and Insect Form. With the use of the Medalialsword, he can be able to change forms, using 3 medals at a time.
If Kamen Rider W uses Memory Gadgets, Kamen Rider OOO will be having Medal Familia. It includes a set consisting of Hawk, Lion, and Kuwagata helper animals which can grow big and help him in combat.
Posted above is a compilation of rumored actors and theme songs for the upcoming series. I can't be so sure about their names but I seem to see Yumi Sugimoto (Engine Sentai Go-onger) there. Theme songs includes Generation sung by HYDE (opening) and Kamen Road sung by Ami Suzuki(ending).
KAMEN RIDER OOO SUIT CONFIRMED
After the confirmation of the name of the 12th Heisei Kamen Rider series, we have finally seen the first glimpse of him through the recently leaked scans. He will be calledKamen Rider OOO (read as O's).Kamen Rider OOO will still feature form changing as his primary ability. His difference with the other form-changing Riders is he can change three parts of his body: the head, torso and arms, and legs. Each have different abilities.
Based on my current calculations, Kamen Rider OOO will have 27 possible combinations, including his basic form and single colored forms.
It is also be confirmed that Kamen Rider OOO will also make an appearance in the Kamen Rider W movie, Kamen Rider W FOREVER: A to Z Gaia Memory of Destiny. He will join the fight against NEVER and the T2 Dopants (Luna Dopant to be exact).
Here's another scan of Kamen Rider OOO. This scan features the various weapons that will be used by Kamen Rider OOO. One of them is the MedalialSword (?), his primary weapon that can utilize his animal medals. Another weapon in visible in the scan is the claws, which kinda reminds me of Kamen Rider Hibiki and X-Men's wolverine.There's no confirmed actors as of this time but if you go to our previous post, there's a collage of rumored actors and theme songs for the Kamen Rider OOO series.

GekiDan's verdict: Well, the design is kinda off and it needs more time to get used to. But since I have also said this on the first images for Kamen Rider W and Decade, which I loved their suit design, I will pass my final judgment when I see Kamen Rider OOO in action.
KAMEN RIDER OOO VARIOUS FORM INFOS
The news regarding Kamen Rider OOOspreads quickly on the internet after his final suit design have been confirmed through a magazine scan.It was already confirmed before that Kamen Rider OOO will be able to change into various forms to cope up on different battle situations. He will be able to change form using three color medallions that represent three different parts of his body: the head, torso and arms, and legs.
As of now, we already got more confirmation regarding the names of Kamen Rider OOO's forms. Each part represent an animal medallion which will be inserted on the OOODriver. They are:
- Head Medallion: Taka (Hawk), Kuwagata (Stag) & Shishi (Lion)
- Body Medallion: Washi (Eagle), Kamatari (Mantis) & Tora (Tiger)
- Legs Medallion: Karas (Crow), Batta (Hopper) & Chita (Cheetah)
- KuKaBa Form (full green)
- ShiToChi Form (full yellow)
- TaWaKa Form (full red)

SHU WATANABE IS KAMEN RIDER OOO
The news regarding the 12th Heisei Kamen Rider series, Kamen Rider OOO comes really quick. This includes name and suit confirmation. And now, the actor that will be playing this season's titular hero is finally confirmed!
Shu Watanabe, of the ikemen group, JUNON SuperBoy, will be playing as Hino Eiji, the alter-ego of Kamen Rider OOO. The confirmation was made via TOEI Mobile. I tried searching for shows, including JDramas, that he took part in but with no luck, I couldn't find any. This made me think that Kamen Rider OOO will be his debut acting role.
For the first time, we get hold of Kamen Rider OOO's story and plot:
Hino Eiji has no dreams, no job, no family. He always says, "I don't want anything, and I don't attach to much importance to anything." He is then confronted by a mystery man, and gives him the OOO belt and three medals that can enable him to become the predestined Multi King: Kamen Rider OOO . Assisted by a mysterious organization with ulterior motives, the main character starts to realize what it means "to be alive."The villains are five different animal groups, who have existed since an unknown time. Their bodies are incomplete, and same with Kamen Rider OOO, they search for the Medals to complete their form. These Kaijin feed off of human lust, and now, have begun physically attacking human beings as well. The mystery man that gave Eiji's belt is one of them.
Even though Kamen Rider OOO haven't started yet, there's an ongoing rumor that the 2nd Rider for this series will be calledKamen Rider Wars (Wozu) and he will be sea themed.Kamen Rider OOO will start airing on September 5, replacing Kamen Rider W on TV Asahi Ch 5.
KAMEN RIDER OOO'S BIKE IS A VENDING MACHINE !!??
Kamen Rider OOO has taken tokusatsu in another new level! As you can see in the picture above, Kamen Rider OOO's bike can be able to transform and safely kept hidden as a vending machine. The name of the bike is not yet revealed.

KAMEN RIDER OOO'S IN ACTION !!!!!
Finally, we can see the 12th Heisei Kamen Rider, Kamen Rider OOO, in action! There are some preview scenes taken from the show's press conference, this includes how Hino Eiji will transform into OOO.
I can pretty say that Kamen Rider OOO seems to be alot better than I expected it to be. Now, let's just wait for the story to unfold on September 5.
KAMEN RIDER OOO CASTS REVEALED !!
Kamen Rider OOO's opening will be coming in just a couple of months, September 5 to be exact, the news came out really fast yesterday with the confirmation of the main actor and some of the supporting casts.
And since the Kamen Rider OOO's official site finally opened, it gives us some of the glimpses on which roles each character will play throughout the 12th Heisei Kamen Rider series.
Kamen Rider OOO characters are as follows:
Hino Eiji/Kamen Rider OOO, 21 (Watanabe Shu)
A young man with no devotion or desire, and very little prospects for marriage. He only eats food he needs to survive day by day, just carries change, and the clothes on his back. He isn't settled down with a particular occupation. He has no savings, and of course, no hobbies. He dimly likes to look at scenery. He is often scolded by olders for his lifestyle, but liked by others. He is able to live each and every day as one of amazement.His detachment and no possessions seem to suggest something bad having occurred in his past. What is concealed in Eiji's heart? What is his true face that only appears when he is fighting as OOO?
Anku, Tori Kanbu Kaijin (Miura Ryousuke)
Eiji's companion, and his Medal Manager. Leader of the Bird group of Greeds and Yamiis, who gives Eiji his belt and allows him to transform into Kamen Rider OOO. He is having Eiji collect medals for him because he cannot fight on his own. Though he is one of the Greeds, the medals have little effect in helping him, and he can only transform his right arm.As such, he takes possession of Izumi Keiji's body, who is in a near-death state. Unlike Eiji, his devotion is strong and is very self-motivated. He is persistent on collecting all the medals, and "checking" them in. His only wish and care is that he gains all the medals and becomes a god who can attain all desires. However, his stubborn ways may be altered by becoming partners with Eiji...
Izumi Hina, 18 (Takada Riho)
Younger sister of Izumi Keiji, whose body is currently being possesed by Anku. She meets Anku, her "missing elder brother" and ends up helping Eiji in his mission. She admires Eiji because she reminds him of Robin Hood, and her naivety is being exploited by Anku.Though she is seemingly a "usual girl" she has a lot of hidden, and uncommon, physical strength.
She misses her brother, and notices something different about him (because he's Anku). She, Anku and Eiji end up working in a multi-national restaurant, and she begins to project on Eiji...
Gotou Shintarou, 22 (Kimijima Asaya)
Commander of the Motorcycle Corps. in the Kogami Foundation that helps out Kamen Rider OOO. A former policeman, Shintarou is an incredibly loyal subordinate to Kogami. Difficult, unfriendly, and one who is not prone to displaying his emotion.He is ordered to assist OOO, but views Eiji as a rival. He has many doubts about the situation after learning of Eiji and Anku's attitude, but strongly believes society can still be saved through Kogami.
Satonaka Erika, 21 (Arisue Mayuko)
Kogami's able and beautiful secretary. A mature young woman who is never bothered, with a calm disposition.
Because she is always made to eat the cakes that Kogami makes, she always has dieting on her mind. She often leaves the chairman's office to assist Shintarou in information gathering.
Shiraishi Chiyoko, 30 (Kai Marie)
A kind and cheerful character, if a bit troublesome, who gives Eiji a part-time job and living space in her multi-national restaurant. In this restaurant she serves dishes from around the world.It is a hobby of hers that Eiji, and the others working at his restaurant, must Cosplay while on the job. The interior of the shop is of her own design, and represents different countries around the world.
Kogami Kousei, 43 (Ukaji Takashi)
The mysterious chairman of the Kogami foundation. His real intentions are unknown, but for some reason he has a motorcycle, and secret mechanisms to support the Kamen Rider. He had seen the revival of the Greeds a long way off, and had actually hoped for it to happen.Details are uncertain, but it is clear he wants to collect the medals for some unknown purpose. His hobby is baking cakes, often pulling an apron right over his suit to do so. In fact, he has a very unsuitable oven kept in his office...
KAMEN RIDER OOO : 10 BASIC FORMS
Kamen Rider W changed our views on form-changing since it showed us mid-form changes, like Kamen Rider W Heat Joker, to cope up different battle situations. Now, it's Kamen Rider OOO, the 12th Heisei Kamen Rider series, time to show us his forms.
It is first predicted that Kamen Rider OOO will have 27 possible forms based on 9 medals with 3 possible combination. Now, in the recent press conference, TOEI just announced 10 of his basic forms:
